Les Miserables

Yesterday we went to see Les Miserable's in the Cinema, and to my surprise it was actually worse than I thought, Siri was also expecting better and was slightly disappointed though I think she enjoyed it more than me. It was like watching a music video of a song that you hate, but it goes on for hours.. imagine that, that was my Les Miserable experience. There were no words spoken they were all sang, so in the heat of battle where death is almost certain they are singing to each other. I was surprised at what actors were used for it though a lot of top actors were in it, Though I think Borat was a bit out of place in this movie.

So what would I rate this movie? I do not think I could give it a fair rating myself as I did not enjoy it at all. However if you love musicals and want to spend almost three hours of your time listening to people trying to sing every last word to each other then this might be good for you.


In other news, today we went to see the Midwife and we got the chance to listen to the baby's heartbeat, which was nice to hear and we were not expecting it either. Its hard to believe how fast time is going, wont be much longer now! We have also started watching the second season of Game of Thrones, we really enjoyed the first season. We are a big fan of fantasy movies, games or anything in the fantasy genre!

Snowings

Yesterday we went to the Cinema to see what we thought would be a pretty bad film, but to our surprise we actually really enjoyed it, It was Jack Reacher. A good movie with a good story, would we recommend it? yes we would. Though I would hurry up because it will be out of the cinema soon! every good movie should be seen in the Cinema in our opinion unless you have a huge tv with super surround sound in your living room then buy it on DVD. Don't pirate them you naughty people! We like to buy movies that we like on DVD so we can show them to our child(rens) and just to have them as part of our collection.. you never know they might be worth quite a bit in a couple of years time! So all in all I would give Jack Reacher a 7/10.

Our next movie on our list is Les miserable's though im not really looking forward to this one Siri is quite excited for it. As we have the Cineworld cards we may as well go and watch everything anyway's. What im most looking forward to is Last Stand.. I myself am a Arnold Schwarzenegger fan and this being his first movie since Expendables 2 (which he did not really have a big part in) should be pretty awesome. Its already out now but we have some others to watch before we go to see this before they vanish from the Cinema for good!


We had a bit of snow today, its quite funny to see how much people panic when we have a little snow.. Like its the end of the world or something. It will probably will have all washed away by tomorrow anyway its nice to have a change once in a while, the only horrible thing is getting out of bed so early in the freezing cold, THAT is not fun. I am looking forward to the warmer weather again this is usually odd for me to say as I also hate the hot weather (i'm hard to please when it comes to climate changes). Playing Video games and getting hot and agitated is not my idea of fun. But this year we have an Air Con! so we are waiting to try that out.

We are hoping to start working on our online shop full time soon so keep an eye out for that we will keep you posted ofcourse! We will have lots of fun items to sell and awesome prices ofcourse, we will take care of you my friends don't you worry about that. We have been playing a lot of Black Ops 2 in our spare time still, We are only two missions off finishing the campaign on Veteran, In our opinion it is way too easy for the hardest setting in the game. But hell the campaign is probably the best one out of all the Call of Duty's I have played (that is personal preference of course) . Buttered Toast

Spent some time today designing some new art / characters for our store , came up with what we think is a nice design to go on a female's tank top or t-shirt the design is unique. We would love to show you but that would spoil the surprise, so everything we are currently making will be revealed as soon as we open our web shop!

Siri will be making plenty of Bracelets of different designs and colours so keep an eye out of them as they are very well made and great for all ages. Female watches will also be up for sale. We have a lot to do but we want to make sure we have it all done right before we begin so be patient. We are also still trying to think of a name ;) .

Pitch Perfect and Lag compensation

Today we finally ventured outside into the wilderness and started the day with a full welsh breakfast. After that we strolled into the city centre to go to the Cinema, what did we go to see? we went to see Pitch Perfect.. we thought since it has been out for a while in the cinemas's now that it would not be so crowded and Siri really wanted to see this one. Upon entering the Cinema I felt really awkward as I was the only male there. What I do for my woman..

When we got home we decided to play some Black Ops 2 , what a surprise. The whole night we did not get into a single lobby where the lag compensation was not horrible. I really did not think anything in the internet world could be worse than lag, but Call of Duty surprises us once again with its horrendous lag compensation which is probably ten times more annoying than your average lag. For those of you that do not know what lag compensation is it basically helps those with a really bad internet connection by pretty much delaying the players with the good connection down. In theory it would be cool I guess, But in reality holy ass apple its horrible. You get shot before you can even see the enemy on the screen. If you got a good connection your going to do BAD we were runnign on 105mbs download and 15mbs upload so its definitely not our connection. Basically if you have a horrible connection you will have a huge advantage. 

on an end note, I think people who refuse to pay for a high speed internet connection (which is cheap as chips these days) should not go on Xbox Live or any On-line game for that matter. Also downloading 20 movies from pirate bay while you lay prone on the top of the stairs on Call of Duty ruins everyone else's experience! 

I also really need to change the header to something alot less Christmasy!

2013 Progress

Tomorrow we have the Hospital again for Siri's diabetes check up, hopefully we will get a scan but I highly doubt this as we have just had one last week so they may find there is no need to do it again. We are really eager to find out if its a boy or a girl, hopefully we will know soon. I find it unbelievable when I see the baby's heartbeat on a scan inside of Siri.

In our spare time we have spent a lot of it on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 we are enjoying it quite a lot. Currently on our Bouncing Betty quest to get 300 bouncing betty kills because we like the Call sign.. needless to say it is taking a long while, As anyone that plays this game will know how Betty does not like to work (like most of the British population actually) at the right moments. Getting a bouncing betty kill is almost as good as getting a Epic drop off that raid boss you have been trying to down for months.

Progress on our own buisness? we have made some products, we just need to find a place to sell them as ebay does not seem to be the most profitable way to sell our merchandise. We also do not want to waste time and money on creating a website and hosting it until we find out what of our products sell well and what theme (if any) our online store should have.

What we want to do if we have more time is start with our youtube videos again as often as possible, maybe some Black Ops 2 emblem tutorials or Gameplay footage with an added Vlog. We want to do some live streaming also the only problem is finding time for such things!

Scan pictures!

Unfortunately our little baby was laying in an awkward position during the scan so we could not see whether it was a boy or a girl, but everything with the baby seems perfectly healthy at this point which we are pleased to hear. We are  hoping that we will be able to see whether its a boy or a girl in the future scans but its unlikely as these future scans are only to check that the baby growing right because of Siri's diabetes.

If laying in an awkward position was not enough

                                          it was trolling us by planking.

Though extremely curious what it may be we may just have to wait and see to what sex the baby is. It does not matter to us whether its a boy or a girl but we just can not wait to know and to start preparing for it

we know the names for either a boy or a girl but we are keeping that secret.
